Song of the Sea

So, since it's very official, I should probably post it here :D Amazing as it is I am working on the 2D feature "Song of the Sea" by Cartoon Saloon in Ireland, and it is the best thing ever! Everybody on the project are super talented, and Tomm Moore, our dear director is a swell guy! I did some designs for background characters and animals, worked on some of the modelsheets, right now I am doing posing, and later on I am to work as an animator. I started working on the film during my internship, and am very happy to be back. Just look at the beautiful teaser, and all the great concept that lies around the internet. Out of the Ordinary

"Out of the Ordinary" was the student film I worked on, together with 7 other student. I'm very pleased with how it came out. I've worked with character design and animation.

So, I watched "Rise of the Guardians" and liked it way better than I'd expected... though I think they made some poor choices regarding some designing, but who am I to judge! As usually I'm most hiked on the villain, so I had to do some fan art... I still need to practice painting i Photoshop, but I'll get there eventually!

Quickie

Was in a mood for a fast drawing after work, it's actually fun to draw in TVpaint, though it's limited compared to photoshop! Enjoy :)

Animated Icon

So, not much, has tried to figure out how to make an animated icon for some time... and of course when I figure out how, it's super simple... typical!
Simple eye blink, as I wasn't sure I could get it to work! Enjoy.
